Client: Norwood Development Group
Role: Design + Direction
Type: Brand Identity

In late 2017, I had the opportunity to work with a wonderful team of people at Norwood Development Group that were opening a Downtown apartment residence that had the amenities and experience that you could expect from a residence in a major city. The residence was a key part of a Downtown renaissance that is in process. Situated in the heart of Downtown, with the best of urban life and Colorado (hiking, biking, mountains).

I was the sole designer on the project and implemented brand identity, art direction, web UI, and wayfinding signage.

A library of icons were created in order that there be versatility and brand design in each piece of the property. A modern movement, flow, and line direction create consistent across each. A custom typeface was created to add to the library of tools to brand the property in future scenarios. The goal was to have a fully branded property from the logo down to the individual letters of the many pieces of signage throughout the residence.

For marketing and website purposes, the team needed a deep asset library consisting primarily of building images mixed with a few lifestyle ones. I engaged multiple photographers over the course of the project (Karen Mitchell, Allisson Moix, and David Lauer) and art directed the shoots .
